SK Nachrichtenstand

SK Nachrichtenstand is a World War II German military bunker located in Guernsey, part of the Channel Islands. Built during the German occupation of the islands from 1940 to 1945, this structure served as a communications station (Nachrichtenstand) for coordinating military operations. The Channel Islands were the only British territory occupied by Nazi Germany during the war, and extensive fortifications were constructed as part of the Atlantic Wall defensive system. This bunker is one of many concrete fortifications built by Organisation Todt using forced and local labor.
