You agree not to scrape, mass-download, or commercially exploit location data without explicit permission. You agree not to submit false or misleading information, vandalize entries, or harass other users.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant BunkerAtlas a license to display and distribute it on the platform. You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

BunkerAtlas is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, including reliance on location data or physical exploration of listed sites.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, including excessive API usage, scraping, or abusive behavior.
