Located in Shkodër, one of Albania's major cities, it represents the country's Cold War-era military infrastructure. Albania's bunkerisation program, initiated under Enver Hoxha's leadership, resulted in the construction of hundreds of thousands of similar structures across the country between 1967 and 1986.
