Description

Movik Fort is a historic German coastal fortification located near Narvik, Norway. Constructed during World War II by German forces, the fort sits in a commanding position above the Skagerrak Straits between Norway and Denmark. It once housed the second largest cannon in the world - a Krupp 380mm gun with a range of up to 55 kilometers (35 miles) and weighing 337 tonnes.
