The Sottevast V2 bunker is a former Nazi German military facility located near Cherbourg in Normandy, France. Built between 1943 and 1944 under the codename Reservelager West (Reserve Store West), this hardened bunker complex was designed to serve as a storage and servicing facility for V-2 rockets. The site was part of Germany's V-weapons program during World War II, intended to launch ballistic missiles against southern England.
The massive concrete structure represents the extensive military engineering efforts undertaken by Nazi Germany in occupied France during the latter stages of the war.
