Designed by George S. Kingsley. Also known as the Kingsley Building. Built in 1926 by Grand Rapids Storage and Van Co. In 1954 it was purchased by Zondervan and used as storage until the mid-1970s. It is currently being developed into condos or apartments and restored. Added to the US Dept. of the Interior's Register of Historic Places Dec. 2012.
