Anti-tank blocks erected across a stream entering the southern part of the Bay of Cruden: they have toppled over and are sinking into sand. GRC NK03SE 11: NK 0826 3462. Pillbox of type 24 buried in sand dunes below golf links, only three sides and embrasures (at the front) being visible. GRC NK03SE 12: NK 0830 3480. Anti-tank blocks collected from beach and re-used to hold up banks of golf links near middle of Bay of Cruden. Visited by Mr J Guy, 10 July 1992. NMRS, MS/712/8.
