The Greenbrier Bunker, also known as Project Greek Island, was a secret United States government continuity facility located beneath the Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Constructed during the Cold War era, this underground bunker was designed to house and protect members of Congress in the event of a nuclear attack. The facility remained classified and operational from the 1950s until its decommissioning in 1992, when The Washington Post exposed its existence.

Today, the Greenbrier Bunker serves as a historical tourist attraction, offering visitors a glimpse into Cold War-era civil defense preparations and the extensive measures taken to ensure government continuity during the nuclear threat period.
