The Führerbunker was an air raid shelter located near the Reich Chancellery in Berlin, Germany. It was part of a subterranean bunker complex constructed in two phases in 1936 and 1944. The bunker served as Adolf Hitler's command center during the final days of World War II in Europe, where he spent his last days before committing suicide on April 30, 1945.
