Built in 1923 and expanded in 1951. More info on the American Seating complex here: http://www.furniturecityhistory.org/article/4387/architectural-description-of-a I contacted American Seating and found out that this building was sold and became a restaurant, dance hall and banquet hall. During its numerous transitions the building was gutted and no Civil Defense items remain.
