Spigot Mortar Emplacement

1950 Spigot mortar given military Grid reference 860283 in list of Temporary Defence Works to be removed, 1950 (Norfolk Record Office - copy in Do BDA archive). 27/06/2001 Field work did not locate this site. The structure has almost certainly been destroyed or buried. This may, however, be the same site as UORN 15948 (incorrect Cassini reference ?) , or it may have been removed there as UORN 15947.
