A military bunker located near Trento, Italy, part of the Alpine Wall (Vallo Alpino) defensive system. This extensive network of fortifications was constructed along Italy's northern frontier in the years leading up to World War II under the direction of Italian dictator Benito Mussolini. The Alpine Wall faced France, Switzerland, Austria, and Yugoslavia, and was defended by the Guardia alla Frontiera (Ga F), Italian special frontier troops.
These fortifications were designed to protect Italy's mountainous borders and were part of a broader defensive strategy implemented during the fascist era.
