Spigot mortar pedestal on the bank of a waterway. This is on the bank opposite the fortified windmill stump (see UORNs 2347 and 2348). It is now almost completely buried, and is used as a bollard to tie up boats. 29/07/2002 Spigot mortar pedestal buried to its top. The stainless steel spigot is used to tie mooring ropes to.
