FH (in Bau)

A military bunker located near the coast of Nordland, Norway, likely associated with Cold War-era coastal defense installations. Norway's strategic position facing the Soviet Union during the Cold War led to the construction of numerous fortified positions and artillery emplacements along its extensive coastline. This bunker may have been designed to house or protect FH70 howitzer artillery systems, which were developed in the late 1960s as a NATO-standard 155mm towed howitzer.
