06/10/1995 Seven rows of circular concrete sockets set in rectangular bases on road leading to river bridge (37 in all). Each socket base approx. 20ins x 13ins and approx. 48ins apart. Probably extended across pavements. Only two circular sockets visible, each 10ins diameter. No lids visible. Telegraph posts probably used in the sockets. Size of formation: approx. 29ft long x 23ft wide. Bridge 7ft 5ins wide. River approx. 40ft wide.
