A military bunker located near Watten, in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of northern France. This area was heavily fortified during World War II as part of the Atlantic Wall defensive system constructed by Nazi Germany. The region around Watten contains several large bunker complexes, including the massive Blockhaus d'Éperlecques, which was intended as a launch site for V-2 rockets targeting England.
The local landscape features flat terrain typical of the coastal plains, making it strategically important for both Allied and Axis forces during the war.
