03/1997 Two concrete blocks on their sides and about four feet square. The one to the right of the bridge has a large section of metal bar protruding, possibly T sectioned. At the other end is another pipe but it contains only concrete. The second block has slipped further down the bank but is basically the same size but without the metal bar in the top.
There would probably have been a steel hawser stretched between the two blocks. 07/06/2002 Two huge concrete blocks on either side of track at E end of bridge, now toppled from their original positions. Part of a roadblock. SE block has iron rail and earthenware pipe protruding.
