This bunker was built around 1938 by the Dutch army as a storage facility for ammunition. Nowadays the bunker serves as a training area for the Marine Corps of De Joost Dourlein barracks. The bunker is therefore located on a military training area and cannot be visited freely. Due to the exercises that take place in the bunker, the bunker is in a poor condition on the inside.
