07/10/1998 Traces of anti-tank ditch running from just S of canal tunnel entrance to foot of Crimson Hill escarpment. Approx. 100 yards long with a 2ft - 3ft depression, V-shaped, albeit truncated (width difficult to ascertain). (The artificial anti-tank ditch was dug in the stretch of the Stop Line where the Chard Canal ran in a tunnel).
