This map was funnily enough mentioned in a news article from 2017 that I found recently, which will be linked below. It's located at the Fresno County Library, they were really helpful and happy enough to find it for me after mentioning it! (If any of you see this, thank you!)
There's another fallout shelter plan for the county that's from 1970, but it only had locations for the Fresno Area. That came out five years before this one did. I will likely work on that too and link it here
