The Tirpitz Museum, also known as the Blåvand Bunker Museum, is a historical site located on the coast of Jutland, Denmark. Built during World War II as part of the Atlantic Wall fortifications, this massive concrete bunker was originally constructed by Nazi Germany as one of approximately 200 similar structures built in Denmark. The bunker has been transformed into a modern museum that opened in June 2017, featuring exhibitions on the Atlantic Wall, Danish west coast history, and an extensive amber collection.
The museum's striking architecture contrasts the heavy concrete structure with contemporary glass elements, creating a unique blend of wartime history and modern design.
