The Amiriyah Public Shelter, also known as Public Shelter No. 25, was an air-raid shelter located in the Amiriyah neighborhood of Baghdad, Iraq. On February 13, 1991, during the Gulf War, the shelter was struck by two GBU-27 Paveway III laser-guided bombs dropped by the U.S. Air Force, resulting in the deaths of at least 408 civilians.

The attack has been characterized by Human Rights Watch as a war crime. The site remains a significant historical location related to the Gulf War and its civilian casualties.
