Cold War Soviet Bunker

A Cold War-era Soviet bunker located in the Hungarian countryside, discovered only recently. During the Cold War period, Hungary was under Communist Soviet Union rule, and numerous secret military installations were constructed throughout the country. This bunker represents the extensive Soviet military presence in Hungary during this period of geopolitical tension.
