29/09/2000 On W bank of River Lea are 3 x rows of anti-tank blocks, approx. 10-12 blocks long, with one row each side of the tracks and one between. Blocks appear to be alternately a high one followed by a lower one. At least one row has an additional block alongside the block finishing the row. One side of the blocks is slightly angled. (recorder viewed from a moving train). (with site sketch drawn on form).
