A military bunker located in northern Italy, part of the Alpine Wall (Vallo Alpino) defensive system built under Benito Mussolini's regime. This extensive fortification network stretched along Italy's 1,851 km northern frontier facing France, Switzerland, Austria, and Yugoslavia. The Alpine Wall was constructed in the years leading up to World War II and defended by the Guardia alla Frontiera (Ga F), Italy's special frontier troops.
