La Coupole, also known as the Coupole d'Helfaut-Wizernes, is a Second World War bunker complex located near Saint-Omer, in the Pas-de-Calais department of northern France. Originally codenamed Bauvorhaben 21 or Schotterwerk Nordwest, it was constructed during the German occupation of France. The bunker was intended to serve as a launch site for V-2 rockets, which were a significant part of Germany's strategic bombing campaign against Allied targets.
