08/09/1999 An emergency coast battery of which three structures are still visible. A searchlight building, now a pile of broken brick walls and concrete lumps. Two gun emplacements and casemates. The W one has two large brick structures with doorways. The E one has more surviving, with part of the roof and a surviving section of brick wall with two modern brick buttresses.
