This bunker held the command of the AA (Flak) positions defending Esbjerg. Is is contructed with a 15 meter tall observation tower (With 1m thick walls), now used as the foundation for a lighthouse.
The bunker was later repurposed as a command bunker, during the Cold War, by the municipal administration in Esbjerg, but has been disused since 2003.
