Cold War Bunker in Western Poland

A military bunker located in western Poland, a region that was under Soviet control following World War II. During the Cold War, this area was heavily militarized due to its strategic importance, with numerous abandoned airbases, ghost towns, and nuclear warhead storage facilities remaining as traces of the Soviet occupation. Archaeological evidence has revealed the presence of clandestine nuclear bunkers that once housed hundreds of warheads, kept secret from the Polish population.
