This classified facility serves as an emergency relocation site for the Pentagon and houses operational command centers for the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Often referred to as an 'underground Pentagon,' the complex was designed to ensure continuity of government operations during nuclear emergencies or other catastrophic events.
