16/10/1999 A concrete slab about 10ft x 10ft mounted on four irregular concrete blocks. The slab is aligned with one corner pointing towards the sea. On the top surface of the slab are a number of ends from reinforcing rods and the outline of some (now destroyed) structure. There is also a stainless steel disc with the letters N, R and A marked on it. On the beach in front of the structure is a further block similar to those that the slab stands on.
