27/08/1999 Site is situated in the V-junction of the N bank of the Kennet and Avon Canal and the weir/stream that runs to Tyle Mill. The site is completely overgrown by bushes and only a very small part of the structure is visible from the towpath on the S bank. (Colin Alexanders gazetteer lists it as a type 28a).
