16/02/1999 Roadblock. Half of the dual carriageway was to be blocked with a weapons position, the remainder with vertical rails, cylinders and knife rests. Square concrete blocks were placed on the road sides. There are still some vertical rails surviving on the road side. Described in a 1940 defence plan for Kidderminster.
