LARGE RECTANGULAR CONCRETE PILLBOX. EAST FACING WITH ARTILLERY EMBRASURES. LISTED IN WILLS 1985. WAS DESTROYED IN 1990 DURING ROAD/CANAL IMPROVEMENTS. ONE OF A PAIR, THE OTHER SURVIVES (see UORN 8879).
