02/05/1997 Auxiliary Unit hideout no longer in existence. The hideout was a 10ft x 10ft nissen hut-shaped chamber built underground with about 6ft of soil on top. It had a main entrance (camouflaged) with an emergency exit built old through a hedge. This exit was hidden by an old farm harrow leaning against the opening. It had a chimney ventilator hidden in a tree. (Information from ex-member of Auxiliary Units - Edward Broad, through his son, Gerald Broad of Alturnun).
