Anti Tank Wall

11/10/1999 This anti-tank wall was constructed from concrete blocks and concrete and measures 42ins in width. It averages 5ft in height and is 20 yards in length, with one gap 30ins wide for pedestrians. The wall is constructed across a bridleway which leads up a valley that runs from Portreath Harbour. A similar wall was built across a parallel road running up this valley (see UORN 8296). The wall is in very good condition, if somewhat overgrown.
