Movik Fort is a historic German WWII coastal fortification located near the Skagerrak Straits in northern Norway. Originally constructed by the German Wehrmacht during the occupation of Norway, the fort once housed a massive Krupp 380mm cannon, one of the largest artillery pieces in the world at the time. The cannon had a range of up to 55 kilometers and weighed 337 tonnes, making the fort a formidable defensive position.
Today, the site is closed to the public but remains a significant relic of Norway's wartime history and military heritage.
