1999 Bridge obstruction. This small footbridge over Laughern Brook was obstructed in WWII as part of the outer defences of the Worcester anti-tank island. Laughern Brook itself was to be flooded to form an anti-tank ditch. Nothing now remains of the obstruction, but barbed wire is remembered.
