Description

This research is automated and may contain errors.

31/12/1999 Auxiliary Unit Operational Base. An underground brick-built chamber with vertical entrance and escape tunnel. Not the standard R. E Elephant Hide type of structure, but a more substantially built operational base constructed by a local builder. Used by David patrol from the Lenches area of Worcestershire. Hide demolished only recently as part of improvement of woods for trap shooting. The line of the escape tunnel is just visible.
