28/10/1997 HG Battalion HQ. Large country house occupied by the HQ staff of the 4th Worcester (Evesham) Battalion HG from 11 April 1941 to December 1944. The house was demolished in the 1960s and replaced with an estate of houses now called Wick House Close. 17/09/1942 HQ of 4th Bn. Worcestershire Home Guard.
