14/03/2000 Type 22 pillbox, with variants. The ground plan is of standard construction, but an AA mounting has been added on the roof and a brick parapet built. There is an internal blast wall, but none external. Small holes either side of the doorway suggest it once had a metal door.

Faces W. Although there is no immediate or obvious threat to this pillbox, two other pillboxes in the area have been partially destroyed in recent months (2000/2001). 13/06/2002 Unusual type 22 pillbox (concrete-faced) , with a brick parapet added and an AA mount placed on the roof.

Metal pipe protrudes from the upper brick wall. Exterior and interior access. Overgrown on one side. Faces WSW. 08/2003 Type 22 pillbox with a gun emplacement, built of brick, and anti-aircraft gun mounting on the roof. The gun was probably a four-barrelled 2pdr Vickers.
