28/10/1997 An unknown number of anti-tank cylinders fixed into road surface during the war to make a roadblock adjacent to a pillbox (see UORN 9168). Four were moved to the S end of the bridge at the end of the war and subsequently removed recently as part of a picnic site enhancement of the area.
